William Baar Jr Duquesne Council, France April 1918
I have no idea what this picture is about but my grandfather is almost certainly the man sitting front and center between the two civilians.
I thought at first this might be a village in France named Duquesne but I suspect it's an organization from Pennsylvania named Duquesne that sponsored this canteen.
